软管泵是由泵壳、转子体、机座、软管、减速电机以及电控系统等部分组成。转子体旋转，转子体上的一对压辊沿着一根特制的胶管旋转，压辊与泵壳产生的挤压力将胶管压扁，在管子自身弹性和侧导辊的作用下，通过恢复原状产生的真空吸入物料，物料从管内排出，这样往复循环。
